I’m Damir Miljic. 20+ years of CRM experience. Hands-on delivery for Dynamics 365 partners and businesses.
I’m a freelance Dynamics 365 consultant and solution architect based in Hellerup, Denmark, with more than 20 years of Microsoft CRM experience.
I work with Dynamics partners and businesses that need an experienced pair of hands — whether that means shaping a solution, joining a delivery team or solving a difficult technical problem.
Through D-AI, I built JobCraftly. I’m also a co-founder of Techdio, the company behind Data Quality App. Building products gives me a practical perspective on taking a solution from idea to delivery.
Hands-on support for Dynamics 365 partners and businesses — from a focused technical task to ongoing project delivery.
Move to Dynamics 365 or Dataverse with a clear migration plan. I handle source mapping, cleansing, test loads and validation, with a cutover and rollback plan for go-live.
Connect your CRM with ERP, marketing, support and reporting systems. I build integrations using APIs, Dataverse, Power Automate and Azure, with monitoring to make failures visible.
Adapt Dynamics 365 and Power Apps to how your team works. From tables, forms and business processes to custom plugins and PCF controls, I combine low-code configuration with development where it adds value.
Turn business requirements into a practical solution design. I help with platform choices, data models, integrations, security and governance, and stay involved as the design becomes a working system.
Keep data useful after go-live with validation rules, reference data, approval flows and dashboards. Give data owners a clear view of issues and a way to resolve them.
Clean and standardize existing CRM data, identify duplicates and define merge policies. I help improve the records you have and put checks in place to reduce recurring problems.
Build useful AI into your workflows: assistants, chatbots, smarter data entry and support automation. I connect AI capabilities with Dynamics 365 and Dataverse, with access and data handling considered from the start.
Products I have built alongside my consulting work.
I built JobCraftly through D-AI: an AI job-search assistant that brings job matching, CV tailoring and interview preparation into one conversational experience.
I co-founded Techdio, the company behind Data Quality App for Dynamics 365 and Power Apps, helping teams prevent duplicates and manage CRM data quality.
