I’m Damir Miljic, a freelance Dynamics 365 consultant and solution architect. I help partners and businesses develop Power Apps and Dataverse solutions for everyday business processes.
I can help with data modelling, forms, business logic, security and integrations. The starting point is the task your users need to complete, the information they need and the systems that already hold it.
Some requirements fit standard configuration. Others need custom development or a connection to an external system. I can help assess the options and implement plugins, PCF controls, APIs and workflows where they are appropriate.
We consider access, data quality, testing and maintenance alongside the user experience. I can also help assess practical AI assistants and automation as part of a wider business process, with clear expectations for review and ownership.
I bring more than 20 years of Microsoft CRM experience and product development experience from JobCraftly and Techdio’s Data Quality App. I can join your team for a defined piece of work or contribute throughout delivery.
Share the process you want to improve, your current Dynamics 365 or Power Platform setup and the help you need. We can agree a useful first step.
